The Working Mind

TWM-VIRTUAL-EMPLOYEE SESSION (3 MODULES)

The Working Mind (TWM) is a practical, evidence-based program developed by the Mental Health Commission of Canada to help people recognize signs of stress and mental health challenges—and respond with confidence, empathy, and skill.

Delivered by a certified facilitator, TWM helps participants:

  • Understand mental health as a spectrum, not a fixed state

  • Recognize changes in themselves and others

  • Reduce stigma and promote open, supportive conversations

  • Build resilience and learn how to respond before issues become crises

What’s Covered:

Module 1: Mental Health & Stigma
Understand the basics of mental health and the impact of stigma in the workplace.

Module 2: The Mental Health Continuum
Learn how to recognize mental health changes early—and talk about them using a simple, visual tool.

Module 3: Stress & Resilience
Explore strategies to manage stress and strengthen resilience in daily life and work.
