The Working Minds

The Working Mind (TWM) is a practical, evidence-based program developed by the Mental Health Commission of Canada to help people recognize signs of stress and mental health challenges—and respond with confidence, empathy, and skill.

Delivered by a certified facilitator, TWM helps participants:

  • Understand mental health as a spectrum, not a fixed state

  • Recognize changes in themselves and others

  • Reduce stigma and promote open, supportive conversations

  • Build resilience and learn how to respond before issues become crises

Course Options & Pricing:

Employee Session: $255 per person
• Duration: 5.25 hours (including breaks)
• Includes 3 interactive modules

Manager Session: $325 per person
• Duration: 8 hours
• Includes the same 3 modules, plus a leadership-focused module

Participant fees include a $50 access code fee payable to the Canadian Mental Health Commission for course content, handouts, and resources, including a certificate of completion from the Commission.

Group Size:

  • Virtual: 8–15 participants

  • In-person: 8–25 participants
