Please contact Sprout Safety to arrange for a personal session at your workplace. The Mental Health Commission requires a minimum of 8 participants and a maximum of 25 for this course to proceed in person.

In Person Manager Session

$325 per person*

Travel and Accommodation costs are dependent on session location.

*Participant fees include a $50 access code fee payable to the Canadian Mental Health Commission for course content, handouts, and resources. Discounts are available for volume registrations.

The Working Mind (TWM) is an evidence-based training program designed to shift how you think, act, and feel about mental health. Utilizing the Mental Health Continuum, a dynamic model that visualizes mental health across a spectrum, TWM highlights the fluid nature of mental health and the potential for movement in either direction.

Managers/People Leaders must complete 4 modules to receive a certificate from the Mental Health Commission.

  • Module 1: Mental Health and Stigma – Explore mental health concepts and the effects of stigma

  • Module 2: The Mental Health Continuum – Use a specialized tool to monitor mental health and foster open discussions

  • Module 3: Stress & Resilience – Delve into stress management and resilience-building strategies

  • Module 4 (Managers Only): Supporting Your Team – Strategies for managers to support their team’s mental well-being
